Assessment will be conducted in order to observe which type of entrepreneur character/personality and band of category the individual would best fit in.

The provision observes a diagnostic perspective of the enterprise’s SWOT analysis with the aim of providing a customized business solution that will enhance and grow the business performance.
Duration
The mentoring and coaching programme are custom designed to suit clients business needs and are scheduled between 3-12months. This excludes the pre-assessment to identify the company’s inefficient processes and procedures. The pre-assessment is mandatory as there might be inefficiencies that our trusted assessors may identify in pursuit of assisting the client.
