Graduate Placement: Mostly in the form of Internships. Our analysis is that these are effective in bridging the gap between formal educations and preparing graduates for the world of work while at the same time allowing graduates to network with the clients who could become employers or even being absorbed at the very same companies where they do internships.
Moripe Holdings has successfully placed graduates across 4 provinces within different sectors. Our internships & Learnership are funded by the Services Seta, TETA, Deloitte, FP&M seta, Food Bev seta and South African Council for Graduate Co-operative. This programme has exposed our graduates to various opportunities including gaining permanent employment both locally and abroad.

Our learnership is a structured learning programme which includes theoretical and practical workplace experiential learning over a period of at least 12 months and which leads to an occupationally related qualification registered on the NQF. Learnership are funded by Seta’s for both employed and unemployed learners.
